The Pride of Polynesia offers Polynesia floor shows, background music, lei making demonstrations, hula lessons and other services for you and your guests. Let us know the occasion, birthday, wedding, so we can customize our show to your event. Pride of Polynesia offers three main types of floor shows.
Show 1
POLYNESIAN FLOOR SHOW WITH LIVE MUSIC
This show is accompanied by our live musicians that include drummers and emcee. This show is approximately 45-50 minutes in length and consist of songs and dances from French Polynesia (Tahiti), Hawaii, Samoa, and Aotearoa (New Zealand). Our performers have several costume changes to reflect the different areas of Polynesia. We have an audience participation section where your guests become part of the show. The exciting fire knife dance of Samoa can be added to your show and the Pride of Polynesia musicians can play in addition to the show to enhance your event.
Show 2
POLYNESIAN FLOORSHOWS PRERECORDED MUSIC
This floorshow is accompanied by prerecorded music from CD or MP3 type player with live drumming and emcee. The shows is approximately 35 minutes in length and consist of dances from French Polynesia (Tahiti), Hawaii, Samoa, and Aotearoa (New Zealand). It also includes costume changes and audience participation. A fire knife performance can be added.
Show 3
POLYNESIAN FLOORSHOWS PRERECORDED MUSIC
This floorshow is performed entirely to prerecorded music from CD or MP3 player and includes an emcee. The length of this show is 25-30 minutes with minimal costume changes. The dances are from Hawaii, French Polynesia (Tahiti), and Aotearoa (New Zealand). A fire knife performance can not be added to this performance.

Mini Show
This show consists of 2 dancers with a boom box, no emcee, with a length of 25 minutes and no costume changes.
Musicians
Pride of Polynesian musicians are also available for to play music for all occasions.
Mini Hula Lessons
Our dancers can instruct hula lessons to your guests.
Notes:
- A private dressing area must be available for the dancers to change costumes and must be in close proximity to performance area.
- Dancers and musicians cannot perform on dirt, sand, gravel, etc...
- The performance area must be clean and level for the the bare foot dancers and sound equipment.
- Outdoor performances are prohibited between the months of November through April unless sufficient heating is supplied.
